Opening January 5th 2026, our purpose-built indoor courts bring padel to Market Bosworth for the very first time.

Whether you’re here to play, learn, or unwind after a game with a drink, The Padel Barn is your new home for Padel & Social 🎾

We’re looking for a Club Manager to help shape the future of padel at The Padel Barn.

If you’re passionate about people, sport (in particular Padel), and creating a place the community loves to return to, this is a chance to lead something special from the very beginning.

You’ll play a key role in building a warm, social, premium-feeling club environment, supported by an experienced team and a growing community of players.

Full-time, permanent role based at The Padel Barn, Hoo Hills Farm, near Market Bosworth.
